Booking Process: We employ a secure, efficient process for all bookings, ensuring your reservations are handled promptly and professionally.

Deposit Requirements: No deposit is required to secure bookings with EXPLORE BOKA d.o.o. Specific services may require advance payment or adhere to different payment conditions, which will be communicated during the booking process.

Payment Methods: On our website, we only accept a credit card payment with a variety of credit cards such as Mastercard®, Maestro® and Visa.

Cancellation and Refunds: Our cancellation and refund policies are designed with our customers’ needs in mind, and they vary depending on the specific service you have booked. It is of utmost importance that you review the cancellation and refund policy relevant to your selected service before finalizing your reservation. Here’s a breakdown of our standard cancellation and refund policy for tours and experiences:

• Standard Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, you are entitled to a refund under certain conditions. Should you cancel your tour or experience at least 7 days before the scheduled start, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount. This policy allows us to accommodate other guests who may wish to book the tour or experience.
  
  
• Late Cancellation: If you cancel your booking within 3 days (72 hours) of the tour or experience, the full amount of the booking will be retained by us. This is because the proximity of the cancellation to the event date significantly impacts our ability to fill the vacated slot.
  
  
• Flexi Refund Option: Recognizing that plans can change unexpectedly, we offer a Flexi Refund option for added flexibility. This option, available for an additional fee of 49.99€ at checkout, allows you to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your tour or experience and receive a 100% refund. For example, if your tour is scheduled to start at 08:00 AM on a Tuesday, and you cancel at 08:00 AM on Monday, you will receive a full refund of the initial price, thanks to the Flexi Refund option. This option is designed to provide peace of mind for those whose plans are more fluid, ensuring that you can book with confidence knowing that you have the flexibility to adapt as needed.
